This June, Northeastern is thrilled to offer a two-day Experiential Entrepreneurship pre-college program to high school students in India in partnership with the American School of Bombay (Bandra East, Mumbai) and Delhi Public School RK PURAM.

Northeastern University’s Accelerate Pre-College Programs are designed for talented high school students around the world who want to give themselves an edge by engaging in an immersive academic program led by experienced faculty and industry professionals. Northeastern’s pre-college programs are hosted each summer on two of Northeastern’s US campuses, Boston, MA, and Oakland, CA, as well as Northeastern’s London campus in the United Kingdom. Experiential Entrepreneurship, one of Accelerate’s flagship programs, will be offered in a two-day bootcamp format in Mumbai and Delhi. 

Program Information

Experiential Entrepreneurship – Mumbai Session

Dates: June 16-17, 2025
Schedule: Students will meet daily from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Experiential Entrepreneurship – Delhi Session

Dates: June 26-27, 2025 
Schedule: Students will meet daily from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Location: Delhi Public School RK PURAM, New Delhi

Program Description

Experiential Entrepreneurship is an immersive bootcamp designed for high school students excited to learn about entrepreneurship. In Northeastern’s distinctive experiential learning model participants will practice effective teamwork, creative problem-solving, and entrepreneurial pitching to customers and investors. The program is led by Professor K. Srikrishna, a longtime entrepreneur and professor of many years at the D’Amore McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, with guest speakers adding their own perspectives on the challenges and triumphs of entrepreneurship.
 
In this two-day program, students will:

• Participate in engaging and educational activities that teach foundational elements of entrepreneurship, including self-discovery, teamwork, identifying and addressing customer and market needs. 
• Work in small group teams, applying learnings to tackle a contemporary problem 
• Practice and present a pitch with their team to a panel of entrepreneurs 

Faculty

Leading the Experiential Entrepreneurship program is Professor K. Srikrishna. Srikrishna is a serial entrepreneur, mentor, former angel investor, and longtime faculty member of Northeastern University.  Professor Srikrishna led the Experiential Entrepreneurship program in Summer 2023 and Summer 2024 and is looking forward to returning to work with a new group of students in Mumbai and New Delhi! 

Over the last 20 years he’s been a C-level executive with a proven track record of cross-border company building, revenue generation, business development, & product marketing. He has a Ph.D. and MS from the University of California at Berkeley and a BTech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University. Srikrishna’s current focus is on mentoring entrepreneurs and CEOs of companies seeking growth with an emphasis on marketing, leadership, and strategy. He’s on the board of advisors of several technology startups. As the father of two young women, he hopes to see more women in tech & entrepreneurship.  

Program Tuition

The program tuition is $350 (approximately INR 30,000). This includes: program tuition, course materials, and lunch daily. Payment in full is required to secure a space in the program.
